Terms
What you get when you buy a report, and what you agree to. Last updated 27 September 2026.
Who we are
Overheard (getoverheard.com) is run by Mateusz Woskowicz, osiedle Kamionki 52, 32-566 Alwernia, Poland, Polish tax id (NIP) 6282282230. Contact: hello@getoverheard.com.
What you buy
A report about one game: what streamers said on Twitch while they played it, grouped into issues, with short quotes and a link to the minute in each recording. The game's public page shows how many streams and hours the report covers before you pay. It costs $49, once, with no subscription. The report lives at a private link that we show you right after payment. If you buy the report for a game in a Steam Next Fest before the fest ends and we add the fest's streams to it afterwards, we email you the newer report once, at no extra cost.
Payment
The report is sold to you through Link (Sold through Link, LLC), the merchant of record service of Stripe, which takes the payment, charges sales tax or VAT where it applies (the $49 price already includes it) and emails you the receipt and invoice. Link's terms cover the payment itself, and Link support can help with payment questions. We remain responsible for the report.
What the report can and cannot promise
- Speech is transcribed by software and the moments are picked by an AI model. Every quote is checked against the transcript, but a transcript can mishear a word.
- Links work only while the streamer keeps the recording. Twitch deletes most recordings after 7 to 60 days. When a recording is gone, the quote and minute stay in the report.
- A streamer can ask us to remove their streams. We then remove their quotes from every report, including reports that were already bought.
- We do not promise a number of streams beyond what the game page showed when you bought the report.
Using the report
Use it to improve your game. Please do not publish streamers' names or quotes from it without asking them first, and do not post the private link publicly: anyone who has the link can open the report.
Refunds
If the report is not useful, you get your money back within 30 days of purchase. Refund policy
Liability
The report is an analysis of what other people said, provided as it is. Our total liability for a report is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
Other
Overheard is not affiliated with Twitch, YouTube or Valve. These terms cover how we provide the report and how you may use it, under Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. If we change these terms, the version that applied on the day you paid covers that purchase.
